She brings more than 16 years of experience leading people organizations in high-growth environments across logistics, manufacturing, and SaaS. Before joining Orsini, Ashley was Senior Vice President of People at Skilljar by Gainsight, where she guided the company through a successful acquisition while maintaining operational excellence and resilience during organizational shifts. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of People at ShipBob, helping scale the organization from 200 to more than 1,200 employees worldwide and building a high-performing HR function that supported its rapid expansion. Ashley’s leadership is defined by empathy and authenticity, shaped by her personal experience navigating the healthcare system as a parent.
